This is how sellers can deal with the anxiety of listing their homes.

If you’ve been following my recent blog posts, you know that I’ve been making a series on the home-selling process. This is part nine, in which I’ll discuss the “wait-and-see phase.”

What is the “wait-and-see phase’’? This is the period of time when you’ll probably be anxious because you haven’t heard anything back about your home sale. How do you deal with this anxiety?

I suggest you start preparing for your move. Even if the deal falls through, you’ll need to move eventually. Pack up the kids’ toys, get rid of a few things you don’t use anymore, and store away your valuables. Preparing will keep your mind off your nerves and lay the groundwork for the next step.
